I am no expert but the estate back box exits further to the left of the car than the saloon when viewed from the rear.

Now whether thet is different centre pipes or rear box I don't know.

There will probably be someone along shortly that has a saloon and an estate with a better opinion.

according to local exhaust place, the center sections and the back box are different for the estate to the saloon, also as mentiones the tailpipes exit at the corner of the bumper on the estate and the rear box is longer. so no it wont fit.

Umm.............
maybe not a direct swap, but easily "adjustable" to fit if there is no alternative.
The rear 'box has longer tailpipes on the estate, and the centre boxes have Slightly different mounting points, but all can be overcome.
on V6s, the 2.5 and 3.0 exhausts are only different by the bore sizes, and interchangeable, as are the 2.6 and 3.2 ones, but not interchangeable with each other, i.e. 2.6 and 3.2 ones are not directly interchangeable with 2.5 and 3.0 ones.

i'm sure there will be someone on here that will disagree, but I
have done this a few times now, and as long as you have a ramp and a gas torch, all can be done .

Had a small hole in my mid pipe (2.2DTi estate) looked at buying new mid pipe and back box as the joint was so corroded I didn't think I'd get them apart, cheapest was £300 all in. Welded it up instead, but noticed that the fit was awful, supplier told me they are different estate to saloon that's why it's so pricey. Looked like previous owner found the same and fitted saloon parts. Anyhow some "tweaking" and it's still Ok.

The estate back box has 3 hangers, 2 at the back and 1 at the front.
The saloon has 4 hangers.
