Cheap Parts Request
« on: 14 November 2010, 10:48:52 »

Hi All,

Just some advice pls

My Omega 2.5 V6 99 old style. in Milton Keynes

I am need of a oil cooler as cheap as possible, they seem so expensive from 120 to 240 quid.

Is there anywhere (reputable) that does cheap/second hand parts.

Many Thanks

Marc

For an oil cooler, I wouldn't want to fit a 2nd hand part...

For the sake of about £150 it's not worth cutting corners especially the work involved in fitting it and the results if it fails again.........

Shame, you could have had one for next to nothing if there was no post restriction on selling parts.  ;D

Still can, if he wants.

I fitted a 2nd hand oil cooler in my old Mig a couple of years ago. It was still going strong when I sold it earlier this year.
Sometimes its a needs must situation - this chap might be skint, and buying a new one isnt really an option. ;)
