MINI Countryman
« on: 15 April 2011, 20:46:03 »

I must buy one  :o Had a good old battle with one earlier all the way up to 150 MPH, where eventually I crept past slowly, pulled over and had a chat with the bloke, he's 40 BHP down on my MINI, but they're a bloody strong performer  :o They're lovely cars though, nice and roomy in the back, I like them  8-) £33,000 though he paid.

*Please note all the above figures are lies and I would do no such thing on a public road.

My first car was a Mini Countryman 1963 half-timbered type - it never went that fast in fact I think it only had 40BHP!

They've done the overpriced hatchback that looks like a Mini, the overpriced estate that looks like a Mini, the overpriced SUV that looks like a Mini..

Can't wait to see what an abortion they make of the GT coupe that looks like a mini and the 2 seater sports car that looks like a Mini. ;D

Oh.. Won't have to wait long, it seems....

no no no no no

Had one of the first of the new MINIs when they came out in 2001 and loved it, had another one better specced a year later.....

However.....

I think the new variants are nothing short of terrible.....

Pig, pig ugly and seriously overpriced.....

Buy a Skoda Superb mate if you like room in the back, anything else is just a disappointment !!!
