Hi peeps,

anyone suggest a cheap insurer for my 2.6 cdx omega. for me and my l'il han'brake to insure they want £355, bloody outraeous on an 02 car.

Try Adrian Flux .... just renewed mine for £258 .. inludes Body Kit, LPG conversion and Towbar as modifications. .. and thats a 2001 3.2 V6 .. :)

Doesn't seem too bad to me. Age of the car doesn't really have a bearing on the matter, you can cause the same damage to the 3rd party with a £500 car as you can with a £50 000 car.

I used to insure with Adrian Flux many many moons ago, found them really good for bigger engine / higher performance cars.  I was insuring a modified 1972 3.0e Capri at the time ... damn I loved that car  :'(

Aviva have just quoted me 400 for renewal tptf on a 96 3 litre estate, I have excellent driving record, 47 years old, max no claims :o

Adrian flux came in at 330. what am I doing wrong?

try it on fully comp, you may find it cheaper as daft as it sounds.

Was that from a comparison site or by phone from AF ???  I've found direct conversation with AF got me a far better deal .. :)
