Yup SWMBO has laid down the law! She has given me till Saturday to get the CDX up to scratch :o

If it aint all sorted by then she says she gonna sell it and get something that works properly and does more than 17 to the gallon.  :(

Told her Im doing the best I can, but I guess there just aint pleasing some! ;D Although I see her point!

Am gonna talk to me Brother in law and see if he is up for giving SWIMBO the idea that her mum is in one of those 'i miss my daughter moods' [smiley=evil.gif]

He tells her this thurs night! She will jump in his motor and go down to see her mum fri morning ;)

They live in Taunton ;D ;D

Good news, after a bit of trauma, spanner throwing, and fits of anger have sorted the 'idler arm' :y And its solid! ;)

Took 3 crank sensors from the scrappy today, all of them the square fitting, and mine is the oval fitting.  >:( ::)
Should have looked at mine first I guess!

So now that gives me a day and a half to find the right fitting crank sensor, and get new brake pads on her, then SWMBO will have nothing futher to go on about!

Front pads £12.84 + VAT from dealer if you have access to Trade Club

Good luck finding a 2nd hand working crank sensor!
