Have my MV6 back! Now for the repair.
« on: 21 June 2011, 16:49:28 »

Bodgit and scarper accident repair services limited.

As you'll all know, I'm fine with mechanics, but have little idea about trim and fixings.

So Question one - how does the facelift front bumper come off, how is it mounted?  :y

Cheers, missed that thread.

Good load of cash there. Any pictures? (of the damage to the front end)

I'd be tempted (if it was mine) to say sod it, bank the cash and gaffer tape up that bumper  ;D

James, I might know where there's a front bumper for sale soon, if it's the right one

;D well seeing how often you clean your car, the gaffer tape would soon merge into the dirt and become invisible  :P

James - I have a very very good guy who does the bodywork on all of my vehicles. His work has always been 100% and at a very good price, much cheaper than anyone else. If you need his assistance, just let me know  :y

Shall I assume that James isn't in the market for a replacement front MV6 bumper then? I have a funny feeling I know where it's gonna end up!  :y
