Front wheel drive Omega
« on: 31 August 2011, 19:22:15 »

This must have been a very expensive conversion and it hasn't really dated at all.

Just looked at it again, the rear floor has definatley been lowered ( look at the bumper ) and with it sitting on late model Vectra alloys it's probable that it's had that running gear transplanted.

It must be the recession. That is the cheapest Omega I have ever seen. (FWD or RWD)

Don't let martin Imber see it or he will snap it up for his collection of WWD. ;D ;D ;D ;D

Don't know why though, we used to look after a couple of Omega Hearses when I was in the garage and both of them were still RWD :-/ :-/

A hearse of any kind cost a fortune without the added expense of trying to convert a RWD to a FWD.
More likely the seller doesn't know his bum from his elbow, same as Senators you see advertised as have a V6  ;) ;)

i thought about getting a hearse as a 'band van' when i replaced my actual van. the rollers along the floor in the back struck me as ideal for loading guitar amps... maybe now it's time to persue that idea hahaha! at £0 you can't go wrong!  :-? ;D

Something doesn't add up with this, it has pre-facelift 4 cylinder dials?
