You should wire that up to a door bell and put it above your front door  :D

Pair of new rear shocks for big blue
along with new OE front Pads
and new fluid.

Found it also needs a back box...I beleive it is traditional for the middle sections to actually attach to the back box rather than have a pair of rusty pipes near it....Thought it sounded nice ;)

Stripped the front end lpg kit out, and topped up the oil.
It's really dirty under the bonnet  :o Embarrasingly so  :-[

(Yesterday) went to decode the CDR500 in the Battlebus, so started desoldering the chip, and bugger, snapped the chip clean in half. 'dangle berries'.  No similar chips, but a slightly higher capacity on a spare CDC3 coding board, so went to lift that to shove on the CDR500 (after reprogramming it), snapped that bugger as well. Double 'dangle berries'. These weren't simple snapping the legs off, both I snapped the chip clean in half  :-[

As the egay seller I bought a CCR600 from (so I could use a cassette adapter) hasn't bothered sending it yet, despite me paying for it nearly 2 weeks ago, bloody mongrel, so left with what I can find in my spares box.

NCDR1100, yup, that's single DIN and will fit, but the Zafira GID is unique, different to Omega or Corsa ones (shame, as I have a spare CID I would have chucked in). Buy a cheap Zafira TID, and attack it with a dremel and a glue gun. Its not the best job in the world, but will have to do for now. As for the satnav portion, need to move the receiver, like a tit, I forgot it was a heat reflective screen. Bugger. On the upside, the amount of space behind the dash is a breeze compared to Omegas ;D

MP3 input added to the NCDR, so at least I can have my gayPod connected.

Phillips Vision Plus bulbs fitted to Battlebus.

Fitted NEW ccv gasket (hope it's supposed to be a dry fit  ???) acquired it from Bristol Street Vx, Chesterfield! And also treated her to some GENUINE GM spark plugs, Again from the same Vx dealer!

My favourite parts guy there is extremely helpful with sourcing difficult to get parts  :y

My catalytic converter started to rattle and cars a little down on power, I guess this is the aftermath of HGF

I reckon just the chisel - the paint stripper probably melted in the fire ;)

As for me .. shuffled it up and down the drive a couple of times so the builder could get his van on, knowing I'm pumping sludge around the cooling system.  Never mind, after Wednesday I can get cracking..
