After all the work at the weekend, had new gas put into the AC. Nice to have a properly working CC again :y

Also bought 2 new tyres for 1 of the vans, 6 oil filters (needs an oil and filter change tomorrow!) and started thinking about the weekend when I'm training a new employee and meeting with another new recruit :y

Oh... And started pondering how to deal with another (potential) new area ::)

With the help of Taxi Al, flushed the radiator another half dozen or so times .. not sure I could recommend the method we used given the likelihood of a serious scald but it was certainly effective at blowing all the brown goo out of the system!

No longer overheats now and when the temperature does creep up in stop/go traffic the fan actually cools it back down again ;D

Only slight hiccup was losing drive briefly when giving it some beans; gearbox dropped into limp and recorded a U2105 - I suspect the plugs by the battery as they've been unplugged recently and got very wet today  :-[

No problem :y I don't recall seeing any water that side of the engine bay though :-X, unless some steam escaped ::)

Another week and I reckon you'll be pretty much done :y

Wasted my time going to ATS to change the A/C high pressure valve, Only satisfying thing was I told him to relese any pressure and i'll change it, A load of green stuff blew all over him (and the engine but he wiped every last drop, He'll be glowing in the dark now  ;D ;D

Arch liner is the concern, there's loads of room to the strut.

I will be taking an older less worn sc3 to compare profiles before fitting.

...at what point is a tyre owned. Once fitted?
