Aye just got the complete arms, just waiting for courage to tackle it now. Wondering if I’ll need the camber bolts too.

Had a wet carpet behind the drivers seat after the heavy rain last week, so today pulled the door card off of the rear door, to find a mess of silicone and duct tape where someone has attempted to seal the vapour barrier.  ::)

Renewed the duct tape and put it back together for the time being, and will order the proper sealant to do the job properly soonish.  :y

B&Q do a semi flexible roof sealant in a tube. It's like a black sticky expanding foam and a thin bead should do the job just right :y

Used it to good effect to keep the water out of the ML boot as it drains down behind the plastic trims around the boot aperture.

Washed and cleaned both and gave the headlights on TPC a good rub and polish.

Then stripped the rear door cards ready to swap all the bits onto the new door panels.

Also stripped, painted and reassembled a replacement door mirror for a mates' C Class.

Mine came out ok but it's a bit of a lottery as to whether  they do or not.

Paid a local outfit £30 to wash and valet the milk float ahead of our trip to Heathrow tomorrow. Absolute bargain in my book, it took three of them 35mins to get it looking as good as when BMW dropped it off.  :y
