If im correct, and there is a good possibility im wrong, but 2 MV6's ive seen with leather had 'recaro' stitched into the back rest of the seat...... if you go over there with cash, make sure you take someone with you, he seems to be making sure he's untracable with no paypal and 'cash only pickup' Personally I wouldnt touch anything on it with a barge pole, tho it could just be an honest 'too good to be true'?

the leather in that car is mv6 though rather than elite.

I wouldnt touch anything to do with this guy - seriously avoid.

  see im wrong about the recaro's, must have been aftermarket seats i've seen, but seriously..... take care with cash esp around Slough.. you live in watford so im sure you know the score with the crime in slough

Just watch out for the typical 'pick up only' scam with nicked goods - they will want to meet you in a carpark or somewhere away from an address, get the reg of the motor he arrives in etc, but remember, if it turns out to be stolen goods, you will lose your seats and money if the fuzz catch you. I know we are all going for negatives with this subject, but safety is the first priority, plus the seller seems to be weather intentionally or not making himself look suspitious by ripping apart a perfectly good car and not offering the usual ebay system (paypal and delivery). Lets face it, postage wont cost him owt as he would charge the buyer before hand.
 Grill him and use your own instinct..... he could be perfectly innocent at the end of the day
