but in the threads on meetings ... just what do you guys mean by "Cambelt Party" ... or shouldn't I ask ??

Now how did I guess that at gone half ten I would get that sort of answer !!!  ;D

Seems I'm not the only one who enjoys a beer .. but as my cambelt (yes and tensioners) was only changed 4000 miles ago perhaps I'm not entitled ....

I'll just have to stick to single malts tonight then .. :)

In that case, you dont need to attend a Cambelt Party for 30,000 odd miles....

I was tidying up the garage earlier, found millions of bloody tensioners and cambelt pulleys.  Flipping wheelie bin weighs a ton now...

lol I always keep everything I take off a car.  Amazing how often it comes in useful to check how stuff works/goes together etc.

Cambelt Party: Phrase, a gathering of Omega owners in a single location where large quantities of meat are barbecued whilst cambelts are changed on numerous cars. The outcome of these often ends up with the consumption of ethanol based liquids, hugging and falling over and Marks DTM Calib returning home with a bad back after 12 hours leaning over a slam panel.
