My 2002 Omega CDX
« on: 09 April 2009, 18:44:16 »

Hello All,
Owned it since the 28th of May 2008 and had 28,000 on it, now at 33,478. It's my first Omega, and first car...only 19 :) Badged as a 3.2, although it's only a 2.2  ;D

Mmm oops, that obviously didn't work. I read the instructions and thought I did everything right. Not sure what went wrong.

EDIT...fixed it now.

Nice looking car. Not bad for a first car too. I had a Skoda Estelle 120 as my first car when I was 17!!!! I could make it powerslide though!!!  ;D ;D

Great choice for a first car Josh.  My wife's omega was that same colour - really takes a rich shine.

Good luck with it

Thanks all, I've been a member on here for about as long as I've had the car, and without your help and knowledge I wouldn't love my Omega as much as I do. It can be a real money pit sometimes. I need a new exhaust from cat back and did order a 3.2 backbox so soon it'll have the twin tailpipe just like a real 3.2 :)
And yes lol, some of my friends think it's a grandad car...until they get in it and never complain about the smooth ride, and all the equiptment. I do get fights with who can sit in the front, so they can have the heated set.

Fit some heated rears and that'll stop that  :y lol

I get those same old mans car comments, been driving carltons and omegas since i was 17 (21 now), though ive not heard any jokes about the black MV6 yet  ;D ;)

Nice looking car. Lose the 3.2 badge tho! Its cool to put a smaller CC badge on... but not a bigger one  ;D

Thanks Hans-V6, you've got a lovely looking Omega too. I do prefer the look of the twin tailpipe exhaust instead of the single tailpipe. I think it just fits with the look of the car better. When it's fitted I'll upload a new image :)
