The Mongrel Omega
« on: 25 August 2009, 15:55:37 »

Had it for a year or so and the old grey door strips were horrible so I thought I would update it a bit with Facelift door strips and rear bumper. I colour coded the front bumper strips as an experiment and am pleased with the result but need a new bumper anyway and might possibly add a lower spolier .

Personally I prefer the mini facelift interior So I suppose this combination fits my tastes.

Looks original. :y :y :y   I don't know whether you could go to the extent of trying to colour code the headlamp washers? Don't know if that would work. What does everyone reckon?

Clear side repeaters would make a big difference

Mine were less than that from the dealers - c£7 IIRC -, it was a few years ago now though.

Clear repeaters are 4 pounds something each, so real bargain!

VERY nice look on the car, agreed on the colour coded pressure washers, too. Very  nice effect....what the facelift could have looked like!
