Breaking 2003 3.2 Elite saloon
« on: 25 May 2010, 23:11:06 »

This is due to be delivered tomorrow, it's star silver (terribly sorry old boy, I am a little tired)  ;D with charocal leather trim, NCDC 2013 with CID. Heavy front damage, everything front of the windscreen is U/S except wheels.
But no air bag deployment, usual Elite stuff for this age, auto dim mirror with ambient lighting, wood trim...ashtray works. It's got the 18'' Irmscher wheels, personally I don't like them...but a few seem to like them. I think they're called Sportstars, the same as chrisgixer's.
Apart from the front damage the rest of the car is immaculate, it had covered 56,000 miles.
Not sure if anything from the engine bay is any good, but I shall check.
When the car is here tomorrow I shall take some photo's and give full details.

I'm afraid there's some bad news, I've just had a delivery of a 2003 silver 3.2 auto Elite saloon, with colour screen sat nav and Irmscher wheels...however, it's not an Omega.
It's a Vectra saloon 3.2 auto Elite, so I've told them to take it back as it's clearly not what I wanted.
I've been on the phone to them, and apparently one of the staff members described the vehicle to the sales department without them seeing it, it's debadged...only says Vauxhall and 3.2 so they assumed it was an Omega and sold it as such.
So I'm afraid I no longer will be breaking anything. I don't want the Vectra, they've apologised and given me £100.
So my apologies to all who had expressed an interest in parts.

;D you're right. I really couldn't quite believe it when I saw the Vectra. Shame they hadn't put a nice 530d on the back.
I'm going Thursday, not that there's a massive choice of stuff there, so I'll give you the details of the Vectra then  :y
