Read the sorry tale over lunchtime.  Took two seperate cups of coffee!!

Buried within the inuendo and supposition, there are no actual hard facts, just loads of circumstantial 'evidence' but, on the balance of probablities (the level of proof required for civil cases up my way, but insufficient for criminal cases) then I certainly would not be buying any car from this seller......

Personal thoughts??

he has been owned, big time, based on the verbal foot and mouth theory........  :D

Have now spent most of the morning reading this, and now at page 24 it has frozen on me can`t load any pages from the site  :(

I will try later cant wait for the outcome better than the Bourne Ident. ;D ;D

I managed to get to page 9 but the site is very slow no doubt due to the large amount of traffic its now generated. I think they've done a very good investigation and have managed to come up with quite alot of "hard facts" re the parts buying on ebay, multiple internet identities linked to the same IP address and the bodyshop brother. Information confirmed by the sellar once outed and of course the comical series of coincidences not denied. They have yet to find the smoking gun but do we really need to know anymore ? The refusal to disclose previous keeper (at least by page 9) speaks volumes.

The sellar seems to be using the IAN BLAIR defence of no one told me, and I knew nothing about it - Honestly I dident.

ive been going back to it from time to time, it just grows and grows, but yet it seems to be causing a few issues with their server and now the regulars want it locked.

They look to be a close knit bunch, bit like here, and i suppose if a really rare miggy came up for same that looked like it had been stuffed and repaired on the quiet i would imgine that the guys here would have reacted the same/similar way in order to protect those who could be taken for a sizeable sum of cash.

this thread on VXR.org almost has a life of its own now, the world and its dog know about this car and it will be almost impossible to move on now, shame but lying never pays off

How long before the national press/media pick it up?

I have to admit I went to the end then went backwards (well, I'm that kinda guy  ;D ;D) and the pages loaded OK. It's interesting, though it takes ages to wade through all the drivel. Bottom line is that someone is telling porkies. Any wagers on who?
