AOL & BT
« on: 18 August 2007, 16:15:44 »

I am curently online via an 0845 number (being charged) >:(, could'nt access the freephone BT number continually engaged, and stating there was a charge. Bear in mind I have just swapped over from NTL (Line went down when road workers cut through cable) anyway was changing over to sky so had the BT line put back on. Anyone else using AOL and a BT access number, and having the same problems?, not sure how mujch this is costing me at the moment :-/

Well this morning I was logged on no problem through the BT freephone number, was hesitant to log off and just stay online all day. Anyway i did'nt and I have just had to again go on via the 0845 number, being charged again, and no response from AOL regarding the query I sent them yesterday on the same subject. >:(

I think that i must have been one of the first to use the AOL flate rate a few years ago,

had nothing but trouble with them for the entire 2 years that i was tied to my contract >:(

never replied to any of my Queries, so i stopped all payments, soon got back to me then, but only to

threaten me with legal consequences  :o :o :o

all i can say is never again.  >:( >:(

Use T-Online now no problems at all :y :y
