hello there,,
 i`m heavily into calibras,,, own a turbo 4x4 and a V6 at the moment,,, had 7 in all,,, i wanted to put a 3L into the 2.5L calibra so managed to get myself a mint P reg omega at the weekend with the view of pulling the engine out and breaking the rest of the car,,,, but having drove it i`m changing my mind!!!!!
fantastic drive,, smooth and powerful and lost count of how many buttons its got!! ha ha
 been to vauxhall and got new pads all round which i`ll be fitting at the weekend along with a new front lower arm,, vauxhall wanted over £150 just for the arm!!!! managed to find one for £30 from the local motorspares shop.
 welcome any advice anyone is willing to give about these very comfy cars.

Hi Paul. Glad you changed your mind. I had a Calibra some years back, very good cars & i would say "a future classic".

A clean original Calibra is a nice looking motor. Some go too far with them & look daft (Capris in the 80's?) but i saw a gold metallic Calibra go past the other day, small rear spoiler, nice wheels, no silly body kits. But it looked smart. Someone deserved to be proud of it 'cos in my mind he'd got it right.
     But now you've found out how nice Migs are to drive,,,,,, can you afford one of each???? :y
