Hi Spoon, welcome aboard  :y

Have a good rummage around the various boards and you will answer most of your questions and learn loads about the cars common faults too. The guides will then save you a fortune when you encounter the faults  8-)

hello,

it's time to replace my cars and i've been looking toward the omega estate as an all round car.
i've been looking at the 2001> 3.2 v6 version. can anyone give me any information about performance and reliability. i'm unsure about the difference between the elite and the mv6? which is the better and whats the difference? i presume both come with the manual transmition option? also, what equipment comes as standard and what is optional extra, e.g does the vehicle come with oil pressure and volt guages as standard or as an extra, or, are these options not available for the omega. I'm trying to gather as much information as possible but do not know where to look.

-What makes it more difficult is the fact that i live in Jersey and i've not yet seen a single facelift version over here to look at or test drive!!
