i get home to find a letter from my employer inviting me to a disciplinary for alledgedy knocking a wall over... the next letter i open is from staffordshire police telling me i`m being prosecuted under section 3 of the road trafffic act for driving without due care and attention and for driving without due care and consideration to other road users for the same wall...there aint a scratch on my rather lorry and not 1 of my supervisors had the balls to tell me this was happening...me pissed off.. you betcha....

Get your RIO involved, you are entitled to representation at the disciplinary and they will sort that for you, as to the police matter, in the first instance you can use the T&G legal advice line to find out how to proceed (0800709007)

Now how bad is this.....i got up this morning at 4.30am to get out by 5am to run to Gatwick....earlier than my normal wakeup.....and i forgot to turn the hot water on before i went to bed....and it doesnt come on until 5am normally.....so i had to have a cold shower this morning.....tho....it did wake me up

My day...Internet account suspended, not my fault but tiscali,,, Will not be reconnected for up to 48 hours..I am now using a baked bean tin and a piece of string, oh and next doors connection..

there must be something in the water.........

Think i have just lost a 30K a year contract, not a lot to some big businesses but to a little company like mine that is about a third of my turnover.......

All for a mistake i made a long time before i even got the contract
