Wales Meet Alert
« on: 23 August 2007, 09:37:57 »

Please check out the latest update for the Wales Meet here.

We urgently need to get final numbers to the campsite so please read the latest post and update the list accordingly.

Sorry to those of you who can't make it, as I feel that this is starting to become a bit intrusive, but I really need to finalise details by tomorrow night.

Thanks for your patience and your prompt replys.

Martin  :) :)

QUICK UPDATE

I have spoken to the site and they tell me that they have only received three deposits so far. I am sure that there must be more than that so Gail, the owner, is going to call me tonight.

As you will see from JayW's post, the site is filling up so please ensure that if you are going, your name is on the list and if you're not then please remove your name from the list as appropriate. It would be a huge shame if someone missed out unnecessarily.

I only sent mine yesterday lunchtime.....but did send it 1st class.....so they may not have received it today  :-/.....perhaps you can get the names of the ones they have received? and let us know....

You can then have the fun time of trying to match up real names to login id's  ;D Altho some will be easy  :y

I already tried that. Mavis started to read out the list of names and I realised that I didn't have a clue who she was talking about.  ;D ;D ;D

Err, the only problem with that is my PM box is full now and new PM's automatically delete older ones. The older PM's contain details of people who are coming and who they are coming with.

Hopefully everyone stated that they are with the Saint party so they will know who is with us. [fingers crossed smilie/]

I will post here if it's a problem.

Oh, I thought someone was being facetious when they said it was the 'Saint' party!  :-[ ;D

I just said 'the group'.  :-/

Are you joking? There are nearly 300 posts about this!!  >:( >:( >:(

Look here.

Or more specifically here and here and here!!!

 ;D ;D ;D

Seriously, numbers are getting really tight and I am not sure, at the time of writing, if they could squeeze in a caravan. I will be speaking to the site later this evening and will check it out for you if you like?

You could either print the older pm's or ask TB nicely to increase your PM box to 1,000,000 PM's on a temp basis  :y
