True enough, you've had it rough up there so I guess it's our "turn" here in the SE :-[
23.5 degrees on the dash coming home from work this afty. Shades on all day at work.
Home now enjoying a cold guinness or two.  :y

Same here in Swindon this afternoon and no rain  :y

However it did rain on and off from about Newbury on my way to Gatwick at 5am this morning  :(

after being told to expect fantastic weather in august, me and a few mates off the lexus owners forum organised a lexus meet at haigh hall in wigan for 19th august, which then opened up to japanese cars of many kinds, and the turn out was expected to be 160 cars which ended up being 120 but still great, and a few trade stands and a charity raffle, and all through august the weather was fantastic up until last thurdsay til last sunday (event day) when it absolutely belted it down non-stop.. typical! I was marshalling so i was there from 7am for the set-up til 4:45 when the cars had left, and i had no shelter!

then monday arrives and its fantastic weather again, been very hot all week!

rather awesome up here in Edinburgh too :O best day we've had in aaaaages... I think it's all summer crammed into one day, normal service resumes tomorrow :D

 :)Sorry Bob but today i've been to Raikes Lane ind. est. Bolton and Birdshall Lane Stockport then home to Immingham. Sunny, Sunny, Sunny!!!! Tommorow there's 7 of us going to Drayton Manor Buss. Pk in Tamworth, so when i've finished sleeping in my cab bunk and come home for a long w'end i'll let you know how sunny it was in Staffs!!! [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

You should have called round ours for a brew mate its only a mile or so from there.

Kents not been much better, at least its not rained today but then hasn't been baking hot sunshine either. It is August isn't it. Haven't fallen asleep and woken up in November :( :)
