Hello and welcome to OOF.

Firstly if its climate control, hold down the 'auto' and 'off' down together for about 5 seconds, this will reset all the servos. see if it makes any difference. (only on the preface lift omegas afaik)

Failing that, check the heater bypass valve (HBV). (theres a how to somewhere i think)

Otherwise, it could be a blockage in the heater matrix / system.
