I have an omega elite and am having trouble with the cost of running it,this is bearing in mind at the moment my wages are down by a third on last year, but I refused to sell it considering it's low value against the standard of car and it has been my dream to have an omega elite new shape for years and I managed to realise this just a year ago. This car just had an MOT at 54,00 miles (2001) with no advisories. Please any advice to make a more economical proposition would be welcome cos it looks nice on my drive , but I am hardly driving it

Plenty of info and advice on here about maintaining/repairing/servicing etc; which should help keep your running costs down. :y

My LPG conversion was expensive as I had it done professionally. Several Forum members have gone the DIY route and done it for well under a grand .. about £700 I think plus 3-4 days work ..
