most prob idle air valve needs a good clean ! :y
or use some cleaner in it , . take your air pipes off and start it needs plenty of gas so your butterfly opens and spray some cleaner in it . does wonders for mine ! :y

Clean and lube your IACV, have a look through the maintenance section, there is a guide in there :y

hello and welcome, as said above give the icv and the trottle butterfly a good clean wtih carb cleaner and then give them a coat of spray lube (not wd40 this is a water dispersent so will dry it out why its evaporated) to stop it doing it all again.
