Hello all, a newbie here.
« on: 11 July 2009, 17:06:53 »

Afternoon all. Just thought id drop by and say hello. Hope your all a friendly bunch  ;D

Ive just purchased today a 98 Omega 2.5 V6 CD and have problems already. Pulling away from some lights the revs flared up and the engine seems to go into limp mode and the words "automatic gearbox" are on the screen followed by the check box sign illuminated  :-[
Im due to take it back to the garage Monday morning.

Fingers crossed they can sort it?

I will let you know.

Hello and welcome. I had a couple of problems with my cdx within the first couple of days of ownership. I got them fixed under warranty and have since had 18 months of trouble free motoring :y
