Well hows this for complaining....i complained and requested bank charges to be refunded ,got home last night and im now £1651.09 better off. 8-)

Big thanks go out to Nationwide  ;D and Barclay's will be next  :y

Shame the wife has spent it already...still next lot of charges refunded will pay a big chunk off the Galaxy im planning on getting after holiday in November. :)
