can any 1 help my omega elite keeps losing water but dont now were from /any one help please

Best to ask yoyur question in "general help" as more who know read there than here...   You'll need to give a tad more info though ... where abouts on the engine .. when running or not .. that sort of thing  :)

Under-steer is when the front of the car hits the wall, and over-steer is when the rear of the car hits the wall.
Power is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how much of the wall you take with you.
