Hello from Sunny Blackpool
« on: 11 January 2011, 19:11:03 »

Hello folks, just joined the forum as I have purchased an Omega MV6 auto.
Off to have a look around the site now, in the meantime, and possibly a stupid question, but why do some models of Omega have (LT) in the description?

Cheers

What a friendly bunch you are, thanks for the welcomes.

Hopefully my car is ready for collection today  :D

Will get pics up when it arrives.

Anyone know why I'm not seeing avatars or pictures on the forum?

Hi Dave and welcome to OOF.

Was in Blackpool last October and saw a lovely Red facelift Saloon (X reg) driving up to the 'mile.

Your new car?

Tenuous of course but a recent Omega/Blackpool memory

Enjoy the OOF!

Hi Matthew,
No mine is a silver facelift saloon on a W plate.

I have to say I'm quite looking forward to being in a RWD again. My previous cars were nearly all FWD. Power oversteer is so much more satisfying than lift off oversteer......I'm sure all of you know this already  :P
