Could someone give me an idea on how to go about setting up the Autobahnstormers TC I have been over to pick up the door repair plates I ordered on Thusday morning  ::) I asked the nice person behind the desk if I could register the card and use it,he dissappeared out the back to speak to his boss and came back and asked for details I showed him the letter that was sent with the card with the address etc on as it says. I was told I would have to wait until today (Monday) to be able to use it,inquired today if it was possible to use it again the nice man went out the back to ask the boss came back and said he needed to take some details. At which point I told him not to bother and I would go somewhere else and set it up . So could someone suggest how it should be done. By the way this is one of the biggest dealer groups in Oxon

There is no setting up to do as far as TC is concerned.

Some dealers like to set up the card on their own systems though, so may be worth doing it.  Neither Banbury or Bicester do this though.

They may need to set it up on their accounts system (same with a real TC but usually done much quicker unless you walk in just before closing).  But still its not very good is it :(.

They do not need to set it up on their accounts system as its a cash sale and not a credit account.

They simply need the TC or VBOA number for the invoice to claim the extra cash back from Vx for TC sales.

So should they not know this then I mean they are not a small outfit. He did mention something about setting up a cash account but I cant see the point of that I am not going to be buying that much from them, well hopefully not anyway

They are listed as being involved in the TC scheme I already checked this out so I thought they would know what I was on about when I presented the card

As said, this is their internal systems, and unrelated to TC...  ...some dealers make you jump through hoops.
