Now we all know i am soooo untechy with computers....

But y`know that website error page " page cannot be displayed" i just genuinely got this and think its a refreshing change to the problem...

Oops! Something went wrong
Our website just got a bit confused. It's probably our fault, sorry. No really, we're sorry. But don't panic, the LOVEFiLM website elves are already working on this minor problem and will fix it as fast as their little hands can type.

yeah, seen a few like that.  Even created a few with pages along those lines when errors happen.

Works quite well, as it stops visitors getting too irate when something fails, meaning they will likely try again...
