My New Omega - BIG, BIG thanks to STMO...
« on: 05 September 2007, 20:15:03 »

As I'm sure many of you are now well aware, I am once more an extremely proud owner of a truly stunning Omega.
To put it bluntly, I bought STMO's car on Sunday :)

I'd like to say a Huuuge thankyou to Steve, for selling me the most tip-top condition and honest Omega I think you could find. Without going into specifics, Steve let me have this car for considerably less than the asking price in the for sale section, and a fraction of what they go for on AutoTrader. So a big thanks to you Steve, you've made my long dream of owning a facelift finally come true, and I am eternally grateful. You and I both know you could have raised more for this car if you wanted, so I'm personally humbled that you let it go to me for what you did.

Anyway, about the car. I will post comprehensive details/pics in the gallery section in due course. But for now - she is a 2000, W registered Facelift Omega. 2.5 litre V6 engine with a manual gearbox. She is in Star Silver, with those lovely facelift alloys. The paintwork and bodywork is nothing but mint. All the toys inside I could ever ask for, inc dual zone climate, CCR2006 with 4 disk changer.. the works.

I wasn't planning to drive her until the 10th, but given the Veccy situation, I've brought that forward and I'm using her now.

So.. once again I return to Omega ownership..
