MV6 Spec?
« on: 15 November 2006, 17:43:59 »

Would I be correct in thinking that a 2002 MV6 2.6 Auto would have the same spec as a 2002 2.6 Auto CD with a stiffer suspension and therefore a stiffer ride?

Pretty much -a s standard - however individual cars may be specced up by first owners.

Different and bigger aloys, different internal trim etc. Few subtle tuning differences - rear spoiler etc

In some cases, the spec will be better - things like HID headlights. No cruise control on MV6, though £30 for the stalk, and then just enable via Tech2 ;)

...different internal trim etc...

Front seats with extendable tigh support on the MV6 (Vx advertise the sports seats on the Mv6 as Recaro, but in fact ALL Omega seats are made by Recaro, not just the 'sporty' ones - incidentally these is why the seats are so good...)

And the internal trim has Kevlar-effect graphite colour as opposed to the fake wood-effect on the CD and CDX.
