As per Haynes, though you may or may not have to remove trim from pillars (its tight, but can sometimes be done without....
Last summer I eventually removed the blind/rear parcel shelf to look at why my screen wasn't rolling up properly. I had everything possible removed from the back of the car and the bugger still wouldn't come out. It came out when I lost my temper with it and really pulled it. A bit of the window glue was holding the parcel shelf in!  >:(

Sorry for being a dumb arse but cant find the sunblind section/removal and re-fit in my haynes manual?

Sorry, look at rear parcel shelf removal...  ...difference it 3 bolts that protrude into boot space if you have a blind as well....
