my older brother has been offered a straight swap his 1.8 proton 2 door coupe for 2lt p reg gls (i think) estate...i`m gonna go an look at it in a bit...

its had it...we had to bypass the thermastat in july cause it was overheating an quick test showed exhaust gases in the water...i dont like it never have done...

if the swap proposer knows this, chances are the omega's probably "in a state" as opposed to "an estate"!!

ok i`ve looked at the miggy in question and it looks ok no dents,minor scratches and its done about 105 thou,no service history so it would be cambelt and the usuals to get it up to spec so i think it would be  alot better than what he`s got espec after that accident he had a coupla weeks back...i would bloody love to see the back of that proton he bought to tide him over.... i would have it if i could get the money together for it...
