Can i get into the news as well as Holly ?

Doubt it  ;D

Tho Holly got the all clear earlier this week....

I had to go to Docs today for check up...on blood pressure....ive had high blood pressure for years until i decided to get it sorted...and it was apparently way over the top  :o

140 over 85.....Doc was well pleased......same as 4 months ago when i last had it checked...... :y

Next check in 6 months time......but i still have to take 2 tabs a day  :(

I feel like ive passed an MOT today  ;D

News?  - AA's yer man.....  Good news on the BP though, D.  Apparently red thins the blood but the trick is to get the balance right.......   ;)   :y

Cheers.....tho i learnt to let it 'wash' over me now......if you know what i mean

Tho did get a bit panicky earlier today.....when a 'Hotel21' vehicle pulled out behind me....i was empty and not wearing my seatbelt  :-[ .....quickly put it on.....and they disapeared  :y
