loses power in 3rd

the only other prob with the car is that 1st and 2nd are fine but when you put your foot down and get into 3rd gear it pulls fine for a few seconds then loses power not all but you can feel it not sure what it is anyone got an idea?????

Manual gear? Clutch slipping...? :o

Do the revs go up when the power goes down?
