I grew up in the Led Zep era and much as I love them, I think £125.00 per ticket is really taking the p*ss.
Even then, it's a lottery as to wether you actually get your tickets. :-?
IMHO if supergroups go to the trouble of rehearsing and setting up for a big comeback event like this, surely it would be worth doing several concerts and making the ticket prices realistic.
I for one am happy to pay £125 a ticket, and by the looks of it 20million others would also
. I reckon that even if they were £250 each the demand would be just as great.
BTW you only pay if you've been selected. 8-)
Don't get me wrong here, I'm not saying I
wouldn't pay £125.00 for a ticket as it is a one off performance that probably won't be repeated, but the promoters know very well there will be a huge demand for tickets which just gives them an excuse to get greedy and hike up the prices. This means tickets will be out of reach for many dedicated fans who can't afford them, and you're looking at £250.00 if you take the Mrs or girlfriend.

I guess it's the usual supply and demand situation.
I have to admit though, I'd love to see them as I never got around to seeing them back in their hay day.
