Well when stationary Inst. Consumption shows.....

0.3 to 0.4 gallons per hour with ECO off (Aircon On)

0.2 to 0.3 gallons per hour with ECO on (Aircon Off)

So it does make a difference, but the benefits of having Aircon running far outweigh the marginal improvement i reckon.  ;)

Iirc it is a general rule of thumb that using aircon reduces fuel economy by about 10%
But as i've not got any gas in mine, who knows  ;)
