Whats the proper way to release tension to remove belt?  Is it a case of an allen key in the tensioner and turn (in same way as petrol with 15mm spanner)?  If so, what size allen key?

have done 2 and both times put a heel bar in the bracket and using slow firm pressure it eased back to allow the belt to be removed, as its hydraulic youcant just shove it and hope has to be firm steady pressure and it will slowly give,   also did it this way when i had to replace the shockabsorber on the tensioner!!

Blimey how do i describe one of them? its a bar with a heel on it like an upside down T with a bit missing oh never mind i have a tool here that will do the job as i used it on the green one your welcome to borrow it!!
