Did a Chopsdad today
« on: 18 September 2007, 22:46:00 »

I was being followed by an Omega, so at the next junction dived out with one of Mike Dundee's (the avatar knicker ;D) fliers, the women wound down her window "Give you husband this Duck! Its a sort of Club for Omega Owners" "Oh he will love that" she said......

So Chopsdad may have some competition ;D

My mate Dean came down one weekend , we went up hanley duck in his rover 1.slow and parked on the market carpark. We totally forgot about it and caught a taxi home. Woke up the next day and raced back up there in mine to find the car totally surrounded by market stalls! , Got a telling off by the local plod.

We used to have a comic strip piece in the local paper "May un Mar Lady", an old man and woman and how they spoke to each other.
Have a look at this link see if you understand then ;D

..seems also to be a saying in Nottinghamshire and parts of Lincolnshire, not just up North, but I suppose it depends on where abouts you are standing.
