If any one was to have access to EPC  ;) (mine went AWOL ages back) would they have a look at the accessories section find the Bosal towbar. I'm sure that there used to be a bolt-on bracket for fastening the 12S socket to on the opposite side of the welded 12N socket bracket. We had a look at my local dealer but couldn't find anything. Bosal very kindly sent me FOC a bracket but, I've just tried to fit it and the welded loop for the breakaway cable is in the way really - I need another 1/2" on the width (Ooer Mrs!)

EPC is showing a towing-bar, but there are no sub-parts it is only one item number 91143726. Also, it does not specify Bosal (or any other make).

There are other bits but they are under 'trailer coupling' and not 'towing bar', for example this is for the pre-facelift saloon:
