Throttle on or off

I was driving in slow moving traffic this morning and ive noticed that the throttle is either on or off there no smooth transition. Any ideas?

Drop of 3 in 1 oil on the throttle linkages. Might not cure your problem but it won't do any harm.

clean the throttle bodies as well...

I did the throttle bodies when I cleaned the breathers :y

Check the throttle pot resistance on an AVO, should be smooth change with rotation. (there are two tracks, check both)
