protective tape!

Im trying to get hold of a pair of black trim tape or whatever its called! that goes on the inside of the rear arches where the back doors shut to protect the paint from the rubber, i ordered it so i thought  from my local Vx dealers and it was the clear stuff plus it isnt the right shape, i told them its totally wrong but they just tell me thats what you get ,ive showed him what it looks like i just get a puzzled look:-(

can anyone help

If your dealer has a body shop, try talking to the body shop manager, he should be able to advise on the part.
