....is a new drug, only recently on the market, to help with smoking cessation. I've been on them for a week now (my latest attempt to pack in). You take a mild dose for the first week to build it up in your system, and then double that dose in the second week when you choose your 'quit day'.
It says on the pack that, amongst other things, they may cause sleeplessness. I swear I haven't slept a wink for about three nights now. Nothing is ever easy is it?
One of my ex wives tried them and thought they were fantastic, she hasn't had a fag for six months now. So I guess I'll keep on keeping on, but, by the cringe, I'm knackered.

Anyone else tried them?

i used Zyban a few years ago.....WHOA!!!!  

Sleepness nights, no appitite, horny as hell, dizzy spells, cold sweats and the most surreal dreams when i finally nodded off...which then woke me up

only lasted a few weeks if that's any consolation
