Job done!
« on: 14 August 2007, 00:42:04 »

Well I, at 11 pm this evening finished working flood lit on the car in the street - been a bit of a marathon really...did far more to it than I planned but when I took it for a test drive it felt really good and had more power and was more responsive.

I replaced the Dispack, the HT leads, one of the cam covers and both camcover seals and O rings...in addition to this I de- crudded and beleive me it was crudded - as writtten in the very good how to....I couldn't beleive how bad it had got ...I tried to blow through the breather pipes when I took them off but they were all blocked heaps (relatively) of gunge came out ....idle is good and stable and it picks up quicker and with more umphh!    ...

anyway ...its all good now so thank you to everyone who contributed and helped me do it.....
