is there an easier way of removing filter from 2.2dti  its at the back and low down ,ihave changed it several times  each time a bloody pest as i have to borrow my paw in llaws truck sized sockets and extensions :question

If its the chuck away canister type - smack a large screwdriver thro it and twist!  Never fails.

then its that darn cannister......

try sticking a 1/2" ratchet in it - no socket attached to remove the lid off the cannister
