I was gonna say, uprated suspension for the real policemen to deal with the sleeping policemen at high speeds  ;) The number of police that complain about speed humps!  ;D
Or to cope with the extra weight of the boxes of do-nuts :D

I remember reading some Vauxhall promotional material back in the late 1980's or early 90's, and it said they fitted heavy duty wheels to the cars they sold to plod, to help them mount kerbs.

For 'heavy duty wheels' read steels, not alloys.....    ;D
