At least you've got a Post Office. They closed ours while we were on holiday and they now have a cupboard in the corner of WH Smith. Mate went to get his tax last week and they had lost the keys to the Post Office bit Eventually they found them and said they ought to get a 2nd one cut and leave it under the door mat  

I've done it online for the last few years. It was a total PITA when some of my MOT and insurance records weren't electronic but now they are, it's fine. (after one total farce of a computerised MOT for the Westfield where the whole garage ground to a halt for 3 days at the mercy of a crappy PC with an analogue dial-up modem link - remember those?)
