i had this problem but the reason was when i fitted the hbv i put the two drivers side pipes on upside down and i was sure they where right have you changed the hbv :question

 ffcgary1, I'v never had to do anything to the engine apart from topping up...Funny thing is last winter the heater was OK..but as soon as I needed to use the heater side of it again a few weeks back...nothing.

But that's the least of my worries at the moment...This afternoon a stupid neighbour of mine has let his large ex postal van run straight into the side of the car..taking out two doors.... wish I was allowed to swear on here

 :(Hope you got some photos as evidence of accident and his details. Insurance co may try to write off the car but dont let them get away without a fight. Any offer they give you go for an improved offer and you keep the car. loads of cars being broken at the mo and doors are aplenty. and cheep.
